‘tis the season to be jolly and spread some holiday cheer. For over 20 years, we have brought joy to our families during the holidays and this year was no different.

During our Winter Wonderland event in Santa Ana, children experienced the magic of the holiday season. Each child created their own ornament in Mrs. Claus’ Art Studio, picked their favorite toy in Santa’s workshop, and was even surprised to take home a picture with Jolly old St. Nick and Mrs. Claus!

And thanks to our friends from the Kiwanis Club of Orange and the Newport-Balboa Rotary Club students in our Orange and Newport-Mesa school sites also received a special visit from Santa and a new toy!

Toy donations and support from our community partners made an impact on a total of 1,015 children this holiday season – 229 in Costa Mesa, 301 in Orange, and 485 in Santa Ana.

Winter Wonderland Supporters:

This event couldn’t have been possible without the support of every individual, partner, and volunteer that champions our youth. Sponsors for this year’s event include:

Premier Sponsor: Pacific Life

Silver Sponsor: Buffalo Wild Wings of Irvine, Mike & Mary Kay Groff, and Simpson Chevrolet of Irvine

Friends of the Club: Veronica & Will Coffie, Pamela Jay, Netwatch North America, Bryan & Jana Sullivan, Swinerton, and USI Insurance Services

Some of our amazing volunteers for this years event include our friends from Irvine Company, loanDepot, PIMCO, Profit Recovery Partners, Voit and Boys & Girls Clubs of Central Orange Coast board members Veronica Coffie, Mike Groff, Nicole Carrillo Hall, Raul Jara, and Yvonne Herrell.

In addition to volunteers, we had some pretty amazing community partners host toy drives for our Club, including the Argyros Family Foundation, BI Worldwide, Hyundai Capital America, ServiceFirst Restoration, Swinerton, Voit, among many others.

Additional Community Impact:

Not only did we give out hundreds of toys to our Club youth and community, we also provided our families with resources to strengthen their entire unit. Thanks to a partnership with the Noble Vikings Charities of Orange County, 95 families in our Santa Ana community received a Christmas box filled with food for the holidays, gifts, and other necessities. And 16 families were sponsored by local community partners with gifts and gift cards to be ready for the holidays season.

To top it off, our Santa Ana Club members were surprised with new toys from our friend Derwin James from the Los Angeles Chargers and over 200 individuals were invited to attend the Titans v. Chargers home game at SoFi Stadium.

The holiday season is all about spending time with loved ones and cherishing special moments, and the collective impact of our community helped make the holidays extra special for Club families who otherwise wouldn’t of had the opportunity this season. From the bottom of our hearts, THANK YOU for helping us make an impact to every child and family we serve.
