First and foremost, on behalf of our organization, I hope you and your family are well and safe during these challenging times. Our thoughts and prayers are with those affected by the current health crisis.
During this unprecedented and ever-changing global challenge, we remain committed to our mission. Our highest priorities and concerns are ensuring the health and well-being of every child we serve, our families, our staff, and the community as a whole. We have been in constant communication with our local school districts and county education & health officials to ensure that we are all united and that information is flowing freely between all organizations.
At this time, we will be aligning with our local school districts and temporarily closing all Club sites and programs effective Monday, March 16th through Friday, March 27th. We will evaluate health and safety conditions at that time to determine whether we reopen or remain closed beyond that date.
These are trying times and our team is working tirelessly to ensure that health and safety remain our top priorities and that the needs of the community are met to the best of our abilities.
